½ C Kashi
¼ C fresh blue berries
11 almonds
½ C soy milk
1 c. green tea (no sweetener)

Snack: (10:30)
Celery sticks

Lunch (12:30)
Water
Lean Cuisine
Salad with olive oil and dressing

Snack (2:00pm)
Yogurt

Snack (5:30)
Celery sticks
Couple of pieces of broccoli
Baby carrots

Dinner: (7:30)
LoMein noodles with sesame oil
Turkey stir-fry with veggies
