½ C. fresh blueberries

½ C. 8th continent light soy
Lunch (1:30 pm)
1 can albacore tuna
Yellow mustard
Pita pocket

Snack (3:30 pm)
1 C. cherry yogurt
¼ C. all bran
Snack (5:30 pm)
2 hard boiled egg whites (no yolk)
2 TBS feta cheese
Hot sauce
Dinner (6:30 pm)
2 small turkey tacos

7pm Blood pressure 111/72 92bpm <<< The best it has been in years!!!
